1) Get our onsite survey and a free quote
Call or email us and one of our team members will arrange to come over to your home on a convenient day and time. We will evaluate the volume and weight of the items you’d like moved. (Do allow about an hour for the survey and any questions you might have.)
Here’s a list of topics likely to be discussed:
- Packing and delivery schedules
- Available packing materials
- Details of insurance policy (all-risks, lump sum)
- Short, medium, long-term storage (if required)
- Transportation of heavy items such as pianos, safes etc.
- Packing and transport of fragile or precious articles such as paintings, China etc.
- Any personal items that need to be discarded (we can take care of any type of garbage)

2) Packing and pick-up after confirmation
Once you confirm that you would like to use our services via our Order Confirmation Form, we will book a date for your move.
If there are any items you’d rather pack yourself, we can provide cartons and sorting stickers (clearly labeled ‘stay’ or ‘rubbish’). We arrange transportation and you get delivery at your new residence.
3) Transportation and delivery
Our team will dispatch your belongings, set it up in the room you requested and also re-assemble furniture for you. We can also set up your TV or music system. If the set-up is a complex one, we will have a local expert at your home (fees apply.) We will ensure that all the rubbish is cleared – so you can just relax and start enjoying your new home.
If you need the services of a handyman to install your curtains, fix your paintings or for general cleaning, please let us know and we will take care of it (fees apply).
Self-pack option
If you’re on a budget, this one’s perfect for you. You can self-pack your belongings and we will move them to your new residence. For more information, talk to one of our team members in English, French or Japanese.

You can also opt for short, medium or long-term storage facilities. Whether you need a secure storage facility for your household goods, work files and records or office equipment – we can provide flexible and affordable options to suit your needs and budget.
