We provide a complete door to door service, including professional packing, collection, storage and overseas delivery throughout Japan, Europe and the rest of the world. ESTIMATION For the complete door to door packing and overseas removals service, please contact us either by phone or email to arrange for a sales representative to visit you for an estimation of the cost and to explain the following: Removals schedule arrangement Sorting removal goods for appropriate mode of shipment (air or sea freight, and accompanied goods) Removals insurance Customs procedure PACKING / COLLECTION Indicate to us which household goods you require our staff to pack and those you wish to pack by yourself, if any. Packing materials and sorting stickers (sea, air, stay and rubbish) will have been delivered to you prior to removal day. Please attach the sorting stickers, as advised by our staff at the estimation stage, onto each household item to go. The packing list will be made by our staff. DELIVERY Once your household goods have been cleared at Customs, our office in Japan will inform you and make arrangements for delivery to your residence at a prearranged time. All items will be placed according to sticker instructions.

This is a more cost-effective door to door service based on self-packing, and can apply to furniture items as well as personal effects. Again, we take care of collection, storage and overseas delivery throughout Japan, Europe and the rest of the world. ESTIMATION For the self-pack service, contact us either by phone or email, and let us know the contents and volume of goods for overseas removal. We will then send you full explanatory notes along with an estimation of the cost. PACKING / COLLECTION All items should be packed by yourself prior to collection. All necessary materials and carton boxes will have been sent in advance. Please note that your goods cannot be shipped until we receive full payment by debit card or credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, MAESTRO, VISA DELTA, SOLO). DELIVERY Once your household goods have been cleared at Customs, our office in Japan will inform you and make arrangements for delivery to your residence at a prearranged time.
